My 4 week stay at birchcreek changed the way I look at, think about and feel about food. From Ron’s seminars, which bombard you with facts about nutrition and the importance of eating right to Elizabeth’s lectures where I learned that food is not something you fear but something to enjoy. I participated in the Weekend Warrior and it was awesome! The Birchcreek staff was professional, informative and supportive. I was able to refocus my weight loss efforts and lost 5 pounds in 2 days. Thank you for a great weekend!

It has been 2 weeks since I left Birchcreek and I wanted to…thank the entire staff for a truly life changing…priceless experience.
